Private Commission: MKG Marketing & PLAY-DOH for Hasbro
This project was commissioned by MKG Marketing on behalf of Hasbro. They were looking for a unique way to celebrate and elevate one of their most beloved products: PLAY-DOH. The objective was to create an original work of art in my personal style using PLAY-DOH. I created an original relief titled Mother of Waters in the style of a traditional Spanish Colonial retablo. Additionally, I created two original sculptures in wax that I adorned with lively accents sculpted from PLAY-DOH.
As part of the project, I also created a pop-up studio on Canyon Road, Santa Fe’s gallery row, so that passersby were able to sculpt with me if they wished.
